DELIVERY TIMES
Each bag is made by hand. Once we have received your order and payment we aim to make each bag within 5 working days. We really appreciate your patience while waiting for your unique bag to be created. We will contact you by email if for any reason your bag cannot be made within this period and we will give you the estimated shipping date.At times we do get very busy. Please email hello@domesticatedbovine.com if you would like to know our current delivery dates before placing an order.
SHIPPING
We ship Australia-wide for FREE !Once shipped, domestic orders are delivered between 3–5 business days to metropolitan areas. For regional locations please allow up to 7 business days.
Items are sent using Australia Post. A shipping notification and tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped.
EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING
Orders over AU$150 ship internationally for FREEOnce your bag has been made we aim to deliver between 5–15 days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Items are sent using Australia Post. A shipping notification and tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped.
Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
IMPORT DUTIES
If you live outside of Australia duties and taxes may be levied on your purchase as it enters the country in which you live. You will be responsible for payment for any import duties or taxes. All shipments will be marked with the value of goods. Please contact your local customs office with help in calculating any further cost you may incur. We are not able to calculate this amount for you.
WARRANTY
We believe that all our bags are produced with the utmost care and attention, using the best quality materials and workmanship possible. Materials and manufacturing are covered for 12 months from date of shipment. General wear and tear, including marking and natural colour changes to the suede and leather, is not covered. Please see our care section for information on how to best look after your DoBo bag.
RETURNS
Each skin used in the production of our range is natural and unique, variations in colour and pattern are considered attractive qualities, not defects. We live in a world of mass production, we believe that one of the beautiful qualities of the DoBo range is that each bag is subtly different.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us by email. We take great pride in giving our customers exactly what they want. If you are not happy, for example, because the strap is too long or too short we can make a new one or make an alteration. If you have a specific need for the bag you are ordering please contact us, we have samples and can illustrate for you if, for example, you want to know if your laptop will fit in the bag. Please read carefully the details of each product. Our photography, description and sizes are very accurate and unfortunately we can not accept a return simply because the bag you ordered doesn't meet your expectation. We can not accept returns on any bag which has been sprayed by you with a leather protector.
We can offer a credit or refund within 14 days of purchase if the bag you have ordered is still in it's original and unused condition, tags still attached and in the calico dust bag.
